Our restaurant is an old fashioned parlor which opened (Legaly) in 1933. The CBP started as a speakeasy, and continues today as a wonderfully inviting place where you are made to feel at home.  Seventy some odd years later we are still serving the same great food that made us famous in the thirties. Bring  your entire family to experience a little bit of history and a whole lot of fun. Open the door and take a walk backward in time. Featuring  "The Beer Parlor Ramblers" Our very own New Orleans Style Dixieland Jazz house band.The Ramblers perform every Friday evening 7:30-10:30pm, and on special occasions.  No Cover Charge!

Free Parking is available in our large well lit parking lot in the rear of the building.

Our Delicious Cuisine
The Crystal Beer Parlor offers only fresh food made daily to ensure quality and great flavor.  The Beer Parlor was awarded "Best All Around" in Georgia by Georgia Trend Magazine 2005 and 2006. The 2004 "Best American Cuisine" by our truly wonderful Savannahians. Womans Day Magazine , AirTran magazine , and Gourmet Magazine in 2004.

Our full bar features all of the top shelf liquors and a great selection of 32 different types of beers lots os craft beers are nw available (and adding more every day) served in frozen mugs. We also feature Kendal Jackson wines, Austrailian and New Zeland wines and wonderful wines from Mendoza Argentina

We are a FAMILY Restaurant

Leave the cooking to us at your event. We're available for restaurant banquets and private parties. Call us in advance to reserve a space for your office party,  monthly group meeting, anniversary, birthday, SCAD Graduation or any occasion. We are well known for our great laid back wedding rehearsal dinners at an affordable price.

We set-up, serve, and clean up so you can enjoy your function. Our large back dining room seats 45. And don't forget, we are only two blocks from the Civic Center. Have dinner with us before the show, or coffee and dessert or a drink after the show.                     

Sit back and have a cold one at our 100 Year old Brunswick built bar. View our old 30's and 40's pictures and newsprint of Savannah. You may recognize one of your Grandparents. The Parlor is still the same as it was in 1933. We even have the spitoons!

Savannah for me was love at first sight. Now Buddy and I have lived in Savannah six years, I must admit, I consider myself a local.

If you are looking for a place where the locals, eat, this is it. We are said to be the "Best kept secret in Savannah" So.......Shhhhhhhhhhh!
